Adam Martyniuk: Political Stability in Ukraine is obvious

 

 "Ukraine and Georgia have much in common in the overcoming of different issues", Adam Martyniuk, First Deputy Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, stated, informing the journalists of the Georgian television channels about the topics discussed at the meeting with Grigol Vashadze, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia is staying in Ukraine with an official visit.  

 

"The conversation was very interesting. We discussed the issues of our states. I was really interested in the latest development of events in Georgia. Thus, I was positively surprised by the results of the latest elections to the local authority bodies in Georgia, where the ruling party gained an impressive victory", A. Martyniuk stated.

 

According to the First Deputy Chairman, he briefed on the current situation in Ukraine, especially on the development of events after the election of Viktor Yanukovych to the post of the President. "Certain political stability, signals of economic revival, flow of foreign investments confirm the positive tendencies in Ukraine", A. Martyniuk emphasized.  

 

"It is for the first time in the 19-year independence of Ukraine that the authorities are consolidated. The President is supported by the parliamentary majority, the Parliament forms the Government. The President, The Verkhovna Rada and the Government are working in concord", A.Martyniuk stated.
